To use the ONLYCARE Elbow Ice Pack Wrap Compression Sleeve, first decide if you need cold or hot therapy. For cold therapy, place the ice pack in the freezer until it is cold. For hot therapy, you can microwave the pack for a short period (usually 1-2 minutes) or immerse it in warm water. Once prepared, position the ice pack on the affected elbow, ensuring the patellar ring locks in the cold therapy where you need it most. Secure the wrap with the adjustable velcro strap for a snug fit. For cold therapy, apply for 15-20 minutes every 2-3 hours as needed. For hot therapy, apply for 15-20 minutes as needed. Do not apply directly to the skin if using heat. Always ensure the ice pack is not frozen too hard to avoid discomfort.
