We ship our products within Germany and to selected countries.
1. Processing time
All orders will be shipped within 1–3 Business days processed (excluding weekends & holidays).
As soon as the order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking link.
2. Estimated Delivery Times
- Germany: 3–6 Business Days
- International Orders: 12–26 Business Days
Note: Delivery time may vary due to customs clearance and local shipping services.
3. Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight and shipping address.
Occasionally we offer free shipping or actions to.
4. Tracking
After shipment, you will receive an email with the tracking number and link.
5. Inches, Taxes & Fees (international shipments)
International orders may be subject to customs duties.
The customer bears these fees.
nutricityshop.de does not affect the height or processing time of customs clearance.
6. Lost or Delayed Shipments
We are not responsible for delays caused by postal service providers, customs, or incorrect addresses.
In the event of significantly delayed shipments, we will, however, assist you with clarifying the matter with the shipping service.
