We would like to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. Please carefully read our return and refund policies.
1. Return Eligibility
Since we sell health and nutrition supplements, product safety is our top priority.
We can only accept returns under certain conditions:
Returns are possible if:
- You received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product.
- The product unopened, unused and in the Original packaging is.
- The return within 7 days requested after receipt.
Not refundable:
- Opened or used products.
- Item without original packaging or without proof of purchase.
- Products that as “End of Sale” or “Exclusions from exchange” marked are.
2. Return Process
To start a return:
- Contact us by email at [email protected].
- Enter your order number, the reason for the return, and, if applicable, a photo of the item.
- After review, you will receive instructions for returning the item.
Upon receipt and inspection of the product, we will refund the amount or send a replacement.
Notes:
- The customer bears the return shipping costs, except in the case of our error.
- Refunds usually take 5–10 Business days after review.
3. Damaged or incorrect items
If your order is damaged or delivered incorrectly, please contact us within 48 hours after delivery.
We may need photos for verification.
4. Cancellations
A cancellation is only possible, as long as the order has not yet been shipped.
After shipment, cancellation is excluded.
